Community Groups at Lakeside
We are all made in the image of God, and part of that image is community. God is one God who exists eternally as three persons (the Heavenly Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit) in eternal, perfect community. We understand that humans not only long for but are also made for community to reflect the image of the Triune God. A Lakeside Community Group is a basic Christian community. Community Groups provide an atmosphere where people come to know God and experience His presence. Members also find mutual support, grow in grace, enjoy service opportunities, learn about the Christian faith, pray and share what God is doing in and around them. Community Groups are the primary place where you will be known and cared for by others at Lakeside. It is a great way to make some spiritual friendships and be challenged in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
