Ben Thompson
Director of Youth Ministries
After nearly two decades in the wilderness known as "not Texas", Ben and his family moved from central Pennsylvania back to Texas in 2018 so he could take an engineering job at Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie. Born and raised in Little Rock, AR, Ben is a graduate of Baylor (2000) and University of Washington (2004). A rugged indoors man, Ben enjoys reading, gaming, cooking & grilling, and having long nerdy conversations about theology. He has been married to Yoanna since 2003 and they have two kids. They live in Flower Mound.
Paul Thompson
Director of Music
Paul Thompson is an award-winning composer/arranger/orchestrator for movies, television, and musical theater. He started his musical journey as a singer and pianist in his father's churches where he and his four older siblings were often called on to provide special music. In 2017, Paul started his own company, House of El Music, writing custom scores for albums, theater, movies, and live events. When not writing music, Paul enjoys baking bread, writing and reading books, and going on hikes with his moderately well-behaved beagle, C.K.

They have three children and three amazing grandsons.
